Job details		- Based in Southern China, excellent remuneration package - Large US MNC, leader in their market segment Reporting to the Managing Director, you will be managing over 100 people direct and indirect reports in manufacturing plants. Being responsible for all manufacturing operations, you will be directing all design and new product development activities. Providing strategic design and engineering vision and leadership you will be allocating engineering resources to meet corporate objectives and customer satisfaction. Being responsible for the overall direction and management of engineering department you will be also preparing engineering proposals and marketing efforts on behalf of the company To qualify for this role you will have: • Master/Degree/ in Engineering. • Minimum of 15 years relevant experience. • Sound knowledge of electric appliances • Self-motivated and meet expectations and can withstand high pressure • Experience to lead a team to achieve task • Good communication skills in English, Cantonese and Mandarin. • Willing to travel across Asia and globally.
